A few days ago I posted my New York Vlog and today I wanted to recommend to you my favorite places in the Big Apple.

We stayed at the JW Marriott Essex House New York. If you are looking for a hotel within easy walking distance to Central Park and only a few blocks from 5th Avenue, this is a very good choice.

Another option, and sometimes and budget one, is Airbnb. However, we couldn’t look for an Airbnb stay because our trip was “last minute” due my schedule. There was no availability in Manhattan when we decided to go. In New York you must always plan your stay well in advance to find good deals.

Every time I visit Manhattan (as with Los Angeles), it produces a euphoric feeling inside of me. It inspires me to work more creatively, to grow professionally and follow my dreams. It is a very innovative city that fills my imagination. New Yorkers are very open minded and artful people which commands the rest of the world to follow their trends.

It is very easy to get around in the city. There, I spend all day walking because every street is beautiful and awe-inspiring. However, as much as I love to wear heels, I always use sensible shoes in the big city.

During the day, I prefer to grab a snack or a sandwich and continue visiting the city, I cannot sit down for a long time to have lunch as there are so many things to see and to do!

One of my favorite places to get take away food is Whole Foods, where you can find all kinds of delectable offerings when you are on the go. There is one in Columbus Circle where I like to buy lunch and eat in Central Park followed by a walk.

At night, I love to visit places like Little Italy, I think Italian food is fantastic. One of my favorite restaurants there is La Nonna Ristorante on Mulberry Street. It is very charming and romantic and you can enjoy a view of the Empire State Building while you eat. Of course, the food there is also amazing.

Suoen Restaurant it's a great place to go and recharge after a long day because it has a delicious atmosphere and incredible Japanese food. Also, the service is very friendly and attentive.

Chalk Point Kitchen is, in my opinion, one of the best restaurants in SOHO – also one of my favorite neighborhoods in Manhattan. It has a kindly environment, good food at a reasonable price. It's a great place for breakfast, brunch, lunch or dinner.

NYC is always in constant progress and evolution in art, culture, food, fashion and trends. New Yorkers are worried about the environment and take care of it. I love their humanity!
